The Bayard Cutting Arboretum: A Jewel of the South Shore

At the Islip Public Library on Wednesday, May 14th, 2014, the Historical Society of Islip Hamlet hosted Nelson W. Sterner, the new director of the Bayard Cutting Arboretum.  He made a presentation on the beautiful plants and gardens that inhabit the property.

This was a perfect way to prepare for our Garden Walk.
