Islip Hamlet's Role in our Nations Wars
Presented by The Historical Society of Islip Hamlet

On Thursday, May 17th, the Historical Society of Islip Hamlet presented "Islip Hamlet's Role in our Nations Wars" which covered the wars from the Revolutionary War to the War in Iraq. Letters, diaries, newspaper accounts, uniforms, weaponry, pictures and personal accounts showed what it was like to fight in each of the wars.
